"High Road" is an Afrobeat style song with soulful vocals. It's a song of inclusion and reconciliation. It speaks of accepting all people regardless of differences and maintaining integrity amidst disagreement. The message demonstrates a value of community and cooperation as we evolve together.

May we continue to restore unity and lift one another up!

The song was written in 2019 and recorded in 2021 with several amazing Ithaca NY based musicians including Angelo Peters (Big Mean Sound Machine) and Olugbade Okunade (Alárìíyá - Australia, formerly of the legendary Afrobeat band Egypt 80 - Nigeria).

This project is made possible, in part with the funding from The Community Arts Partnership of Tompkins County.
